Reset Your Password
Visit the Conectiv reset page. Enter your email address — not your username — and the verification code, then click Submit.

Check Your Inbox
Look in your spam and inbox for an email from info@conectivglobal.com with your temporary password.

Sign In to Conectiv
Go to conectivglobal.com/Signin and log in with your email and temporary password.

Set a New Password
Click your name in the top-right corner, go to My Account, then Change Password and save.

Access AkashX
Go to app.akashx.com and log in with your Conectiv email and new password.
